To retain the highest quality of your items, we recommend washing all items with cold water and laying flat to dry, unless the item specifically states to dry clean only. Urban Threads is not responsible for items after they have been washed.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the shipment date. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping back to the store. Any returns arriving at the store past 14 days of the ship date will be denied. Credit will be applied back on the card that purchased the item minus the shipping charges within 5 business days. Items must have their tags still on, not washed, and be free of smells from body odor, smoke, perfume, etc. Urban Threads has the right to deny returns for any reason and charge the customer's card for return shipping. Sale items are final sale.

Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from when your order is placed.

Canceled orders: You can try to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet by reaching out to us via email, FB message or phone call. This is up to our discretion and if we refund you, it will be minus the credit card fees that we were charged for the transaction. 

Urban Threads inspects all items of clothing before we ship them out to you. If we happen to miss something and you get a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please send a picture of the damaged item to lindsey.keller14@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your item. We will then send you a shipping label so the item can be returned to us. When we receive the item, you will be given a full refund.
